FUJIFILM X-T30 II
I use the Fujifilm X-T30 II predominantly as a travel camera due to its lightweight body and versatility in it’s ability to use film simulations on the fly. All images are shot on the Fujinon XF 27mm (or pancake) lens, keeping the profile as small and easy to carry as possible.
Film simulations themselves were a massive appeal for me. Being able to change film presets in an instant and adapt your shot for your specific vision or environment you’re in.
I’ve experimented with different film simulations, but I always come back to Portra 400. It delivers consistent results in any environment or lighting condition, crucial for street photography, where hesitation can cost you the shot.
All of the images below are shot using the Portra 400 recipe.
